摘要

非洲流行性结膜炎

是一种肠滤过性病毒A_(40)(Entirovirus A_(40))感染所致

以发病急骤

眼脸肿胀

大量溢出脓性分泌物

结膜充血或致成结膜下出血等为特征。当地人称为MeNa Maso。此病传染性极强

凡与患者接触若未采取适当预防措施者

几乎无一幸免。目前对此病尚无针对病源的特效药物

按一般结膜炎处理

往往需要10～15天左右才能痊
