一般认为体重超过标准体重10%

也有认为超过20%才能诊断为肥胖。引起肥胖的原因很多

如内分泌失调、遗传因素、热量摄入超过消耗而导致脂肪组织过盛。后者可称为单纯性肥胖

这种肥胖又可分为体质性肥胖和获得性肥胖

多半系因营养过度

引起脂肪细胞肥大和脂肪细胞数量增加所致。肥胖病人易并发高血压、动脉硬化、糖尿病、胆囊炎及易患感染性疾病。卒死的发生率
