摘要

吸烟危害人体健康

已为众所周知

许多吸烟者纷纷要求戒烟。笔者自1980年8月在中国援助马里医疗队卡地医院

接受马里、法国、意大利、象牙海岸、上沃尔特、刚果、比利时、西班牙、尼日尔等国家的吸烟者

采用耳穴埋针戒烟共50例。经治疗和随访

其中"近期有效"(即两个月以内吸烟量明显减少)38例

"近期显效"(指两个月内完全停止吸烟)9例

合计近期总有效率为94%。这次接受治疗者均属男性

年龄在25～54岁间

其中35岁以下占80%。平均每人每日原吸烟20支以上

吸烟史为5～30年不等

其中吸烟史在20年以上者约占半数。治疗针具及方法:采用国产不锈钢图钉式小揿针

长度为1毫米。取耳穴:神门、皮质下、肺。方法:埋针穴位第1次选单侧神门

皮质下;第2次选另侧神门、皮质下;第3次选双侧肺;以后按上法先后分次治疗

10天更换一次。埋针前
