摘要

本病是一种较常见的眼底病

好发于45岁以下者

男性为女性4至5倍

多为单侧性。患者常有雾中视物

并有暗的或微带黄褐色的中心暗点以及视物变形等主诉。眼底检查:黄斑部水肿

其边缘常有圆形、椭圆形或不规则的反射光晕

中心凹反射消失

肿胀区常见多
