摘要

近年来

我们用少剂量硫酸卡那霉素注入长强穴

政疗30例婴幼儿腹泻患者

收到较好的疗效。现报告如下。一般资料:本文30例

均系住院病孩。其中男孩14例女孩16例。年龄最小者6个月

最大者两岁。病程长者7天

短者1天。其中单纯性腹泻17例

肠炎13例。病程中均存有不同程度的呕吐脱水。脱水程度轻度者18例

中度者9例

重度者3例。伴发热体温在38℃左右者21例。
