摘要

绝骨穴应是阳辅穴的别名

还是悬钟穴的别名

历代医家说法不一

当今临床针灸医生常有混淆。笔者曾在《绝骨穴部位考》一文中

从临床取穴角度出发

提出以外踝上凹陷处定穴

没有确定绝骨穴是阳辅穴或悬钟穴的别名

因此

本文有必要从文献角度进一步探讨。绝骨、阳辅之名出于《内经》、并有绝骨、绝骨之端、绝骨之后等记载。《难经》只言髓会绝骨

而不涉及其它穴名。晋代皇甫谧的《甲乙经》

不仅收集了绝骨、阳辅的名称

还增加了悬钟穴名

也有绝骨之端等词。但
