针刺麻醉法拔牙在近十余年来发展很快。笔者在多年的门诊医疗工作中

试用针刺合谷穴麻醉法拔牙

感到方便

有较好的效果。其优良率达93.6%。现将施用方法及疗效观察介绍如下。操作方法请患者坐于口腔手术椅上

置双手于手术椅扶手上

微握拳

虎口向上。如须拔除左侧上、下牙

可取右手合谷穴;欲拔右侧牙齿

则取左手合谷。进针后捻转先弱刺激2至3分钟

然后停止捻转上下提插轻导10分钟左右
