1983年10月17日至20日

奥地利针灸与耳针疗法学会在维也纳组织召开了世界科学、针灸大会。参加这次大会的有奥地利、中国、日本、意大利、西德、英国、法国、瑞士、瑞典、挪威、波兰、芬兰、比利时、南斯拉夫、捷克、苏联、埃及、澳大利亚、美国、以色列、叙利亚、荷兰、匈牙利、希腊、加拿大、土耳其等27个国家500多人。我国代表团以中医研究院副院长、中国针灸学会副主任委员王雪苔为团长的四人(王德琛、周允娴、翁嘉颖)组成
