摘要

前言我们以往的工作

毁损中缝大核(NRM)可明显减弱电针镇痛效应

电针穴位可激活中缝大核神经元活动

并抑制其伤害性反应。已知 NRM 是5-HT能胞体密集分布的重要核团之一

是脊髓背外侧束的主要发源地

刺激 NRM 能抑制内脏痛反应、内脏躯体反射及抑制脊髓背角伤害性信息的传递

以及刺激 NRM 可使脊髓水平5-HT 提高

脊髓蛛网膜下腔注入5-HT 可产生镇痛效应或脊髓背角胶状质(相当 Rexed Ⅱ层)直接微电泳导入5-HT 可抑制深层细胞的伤害性反应

提示电针穴位激活
