摘要

内脏牵张能引起情绪、躯体运动和植物神经系统等一系列反应。在临床上

也常见由于内外科疾病造成内脏受牵张

引起这种反应。特别在针刺镇痛手术中

此反应显得更为突出。近年来不少的研究者建立了内脏牵拉反应的动物模型

并寻求抑制此反应的有效穴位及探讨穴位作用的机制。有人以牵拉兔胃引起膈神经放电振幅升高(频率增加不明显)作为指标、观察电针腹腔神经丛和内脏神经节区对此反应的影响

发现有明显的抑制作用。下面我们试图探讨牵胃对膈神经放电的影响及针刺足三里对牵胃—膈神经放电的影响。
