均伴有脾功能亢进、白细胞、血小板减少等症状。一旦脾切除后

脾功能亢进虽有所纠正

但血小板骤然增加

血液凝固性增高

往往产生静脉血栓

病员常因并发症而死亡;特别当血小板高至100万以上时
