心肌梗塞是临床常见病之一

祖国医学早在《内经》中就有"真心痛""厥心痛""心痹"等记载。近年来临床观察结果表明

针刺内关等穴可以缓解疼痛

改善急性心肌梗塞患者的左心功能。然而针刺对陈旧性心肌梗塞患者心脏功能状态的影响如何

却未见报道。本文采用无创式间接计算方法

观察陈旧性心肌梗塞患者左心功能状态和针刺内关穴对左心功能的影响。
