摘要

1976年以来

我用针刺睛明穴治疗冷泪21例

获得较好的效果。现介绍如下。(一)临床资料:21例中男8例

女13例。年龄最大63岁

最小38岁。病程:一年以上者5例

一年以内者16例。临床症状:眼睛不红不肿

目内眦常有泪水流出

迎风时更甚

对泪水无热感。(二)治疗方法:1.取穴:睛明。2.操作:仰卧位。针时用棉球将目内眦的泪水拭干净

嘱患者合眼。消毒后

医生以左手轻推眼球向外侧固定

右手持针

沿眼眶内缘直刺入皮层

缓慢刺入0.7～1.0寸左右

得气后留针30
