在《灵枢·本输篇》中

除了载述井、荥、俞、经、合五腧穴以外

对手足六阳经及任、督二脉在颈部的穴位亦作了比较详尽的论述。近代对于五腧穴已列为特定穴

并已为各针灸著作

包括中医大专院校教材所辑录

允为重视;惟对这一组颈部穴(暂称"颈部要穴")少见提及。笔者根据师授经验和多年临床实践

深感《灵枢》"颈部要穴"是一组有较好疗效的腧穴;其主治规律、针刺方法都是很值得探讨的。
