摘要

原发性痛经是一种常见的妇科病

多发生于青年妇女。主要临床表现为月经来潮时

下腹部剧烈疼痛

常为陈发性绞痛;重者同时面色苍白

出冷汗

手足发凉

恶心呕吐以致晕厥。妇科检查并无器质性病变。祖国医学认为。多由于气血运行不畅

以致"不通则痛"。1983年我们和北京市仪表厂医务室

用北京卫生材料厂根据积水潭医院外科配方试制的"痛舒宁硬膏"

贴敷穴位治疗该病114例

效果满意

现报道如下。
