针刺补泻的迎随法

《灵枢·小针解》曾作过解释说:"迎而夺之者

泻也;追而济之老

补也。"说明迎法就是泻法

随法就是补法

只不过在《小针解》中把"逆"改称作"迎罢了。实际上称"逆"或"迎"都是一个意思。在《九针十二原》中也是"逆"和"迎"

"追"和"随"互言不分的

如"逆而夺之

恶得无虚;追而济之

恶得无实";"迎之随
