髌腱末湍病是髌腱附着于膑骨下缘的慢性劳损性病

发病率较高。目前对本病有理疗、按摩、药物穴位注射等多种疗法

但效果均不甚理想。我们应用针灸以及现代的微波针

氦氖激光穴位照射(以下简称激光)

对髌腱未端病进行临床治疗

疗效比较满意。现将病历完整的73例总结如下。
