摘要

激光麻醉应用于临床已获得成功。实验研究表明

激光具有镇痛作用

具有全身性镇痛和镇痛后效应的特点。穴位激光照射无需针刺穴位即可产生镇痛作用的新特点

易为病员所接受

但也有镇痛不全的缺欠。以往胃癌病人手术治疗多选用硬膜外麻醉。硬膜外阻滞对血液动力学有所影响
