摘要

我们在圣——普产科门诊工作期间

发现胎位异常

尤其是臀位、横位比较多见。据统计651例孕妇中

臀位54例

占8.3%

横位3例

占0.48%。可能与生育频繁有关。其妇女一生中

5～8次分娩的屡见不鲜

最多竞达21次

所以腹壁均较松弛

甚至妊娠期呈悬垂
