19岁

未婚

住院号23993。主诉:1974年8月5日因吊车钩撞击

跌入数丈深的防空洞内

腰椎折断

两下肢失去知觉和运动

大小便失禁。经天津、北京等地医院

诊断为腰椎粉碎性骨折

予以手术和中西医治疗。既往有脑膜炎(已愈)和兰尾手术史。查体:腰腿至趾知觉运动完全丧失

肌肤失温

双足紫肿

二便失禁

褥疮溃烂;面色
