摘要

《难经、六十八难》早就对五腧穴各具不同的主治作用做过归纳

如:"井主心下满

荣主身热

俞主体重节痛

经主喘嗽寒热

合主气逆而泄。"经历代医家不断总结

虽然一穴可分治多种病证

多穴又可同治一种证

但就每一腧穴而言

几乎都有其相对而又特定的适应指征。腧穴究竟有无相对特异性作用

国内外在探讨经络实质和针灸原理的过程中

曾就此开展多方面研究

迄今各家意见虽不统一

但已倾向性地认为腧穴似具相对特异性作用。现就这方面的文献资料

作一综述。
