就有听其动静

知其邪正和刺之要

气至而有效之载。《素问·五常政大论》中

则指出要静以待时

谨守其气。《素问离合真邪篇》中

叙述了邪气好象波涌而陇起。《灵枢·终始篇》更明确地指出:邪气来也紧而疾;谷气来也徐而和。
