摘要

乳糜尿是斑氏丝虫病的特有症状。西医一般采用硝酸银肾盂灌洗法

但疗效不能持久;手术治疗对人体的损伤较大

且远期效果也不甚理想。根据有关报道资料统计:肾蒂淋巴管结扎术五至六年的远期效果(治愈率)为6.9%～10.5%

奇静脉与胸道管吻合术的手术成功率为50%左右。因此

乳糜尿至今还缺少满意的治疗方法。六十年代初

我们用针灸治疗一批乳糜尿患者
