摘要

慢性支气管炎(以下简称"慢支")是一种严重危害人民健康的常见病、多发病。患本病后

如得不到有效的治疗

迁延日久

则可导致肺气肿

进而引起肺原性心脏病

可并发严重感染和心力衰竭。祖国医学认为本病属"咳嗽"、"痰饮"、"气喘"等证范畴

与肺脾肾三脏虚损有密切关系

一般以阳虚为主

阴虚次之;其标在肺

其源在脾肾。针灸治疗咳喘有较好的效果

早在两千多年以前已有较为详细的记载

如《灵枢·五乱篇》:"气乱于肺、则俯仰喘咳

按手以呼……取之手太阴荥(鱼际)
