大部分指的是癫痫;多用灸法及刺血疗法。《针灸甲乙经》卷十一阳厥大惊发狂痫篇治疗癫痫多取头部督脉俞穴如上星、囱会、百会及强间等。国内报道取神门、内关者多

少用头部俞穴。
