摘要

采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA)和抗体致敏的红细胞花环(直接法)对121例患者可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL2R)和T淋巴细胞亚群进行了观察。结果显示:哮喘患者的血中SIL2R显著高于正常对照组(P<001)

其中

CD4及CD4/CD8亦显著高于正常组(P<005);经天灸治疗后

其SIL2R显著下降(P<005)

CD4及CD4/CD8亦显著降低(P<005);SIL2R的变化同CD4+T淋巴细胞有显著相关性(r=0.614

P<005)

提示:天灸通过调节T淋巴细胞的活化而影响着哮喘的病理。
