以温通经脉、行气活血为原则

局部取穴:如肩、肩前、肩后、天宗和痛点为主

配合循经和辨证配穴

临床采用温针灸

治疗前后痛阈测定

肢体血流图测定

P<005或P<001

提示温针灸有止痛、改善局部循环、促进机体康复的作用。
