摘要

历代医家认为透穴刺法具有协调阴阳、疏通经络

经气流通、上下相接

免伤卫气、增强针感的功用。临床实践中

可透之穴较多

大体分为竖透法、横透法、斜透法、围透法四类。临床实践证明

透穴刺法取穴少、针感强、疗效好

此法在临床上应用愈来愈广

治疗病种亦在逐步扩大。
