摘要

唐·孙思邈在所著《千金方》与《千金翼方》二书中有很多有关针灸方面的论述。首先孙氏重视疾病的预防和早期治疗;考订并绘制彩色的穴位图

对针灸教学和发展起了积极的推动作用;书中辑录针灸处方千余条

为后世针灸家所推崇;他首次介绍了取穴指寸法

为临床取穴带来极大的方便;强调针刺、艾灸、汤药三者并重

根据病情的需要

取舍应用

充分发挥其各自的优势

以提高疗效;重视脉诊

认为针灸须先诊脉

而后下针施灸;灸炷的大小

灸之生熟

要根据病情灵活应用;重视经外奇穴

倡“阿是之法”

为针灸学的发展作出了重大贡献。
