摘要

通过对近10余年来有关腧穴骨度折量定位法与指寸定位法研究的总结

指出不同的腧穴定位法之间存在明显的差异

临床使用不同的定位法取穴

可导致一穴多个位置的情况

不利于针灸疗效的提高。为进一步提高针灸治病的效果

应规范同身寸的概念

统一取穴方法

并在现有的常用骨度分寸的基础上增添新的有利于量取腧穴的骨度折量寸。
