摘要

用自制中药饼在大椎、命门、肾俞、脾俞、中脘、中极、足三里、三阴交等穴位上做隔药灸治疗慢性肾衰血透 2 8例

并与西医对照组比较。结果

治疗组总有效率 96 4%

对照组为 62 5 %。两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。说明隔药灸结合透析治疗

能增强慢性肾衰患者体质

改善临床症状

延长患者的生存期

并能减轻由于长期透析出现的透析后综合征

提高透析疗效及患者的生活质量
