采用透穴法针刺丘墟透照海治疗胆源性急腹痛 3 0 0例

同时设肌注 65 4 2或阿托品 1 0 0例作为对照观察。结果 :观察组显效 1 82例

占 60 7% ;有效 1 1 3例

占 3 7 7% ;无效 5例

占 1 6% ;总有效率 98 4%。观察组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。本方法治疗胆源性急腹痛具有止痛迅速、疗效确切、无副作用、简便易行的优点
