摘要

分别于春分、夏至、秋分、冬至 4个节气日用灸贴法治疗支气管哮喘共 43例

并取节气日前后 5天各 3例共 2 4例为对照组。以肺功能第 1秒呼气容积 (FEV1 .0 )作为客观指标

比较观察不同节气灸贴治疗支气管哮喘的肺功能变化情况。治疗后

节气日组与非节气日组都有显著疗效

但两组间并无明显差异。节气日组内F检验

夏至组疗效明显好于其它 3个节气日。表明灸贴对支气管哮喘肺功能 (FEV1 .0 )的改善与节气有关

夏至时间治疗疗效较佳。
