摘要

采用深刺夹脊穴的方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 3 1例

并设常规取穴组作对照

观察两组的镇痛效果、临床疗效及对血浆单胺类物质的影响。结果电针夹脊穴组简化McGill疼痛量表选词项目数、疼痛分级指数感觉分、总分、及现有疼痛强度等指标与对照组差异均有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )

两组临床总有效率差异无统计学意义

治疗后两组血浆 5 HT、5 HIAA、NA均非常显著下降 (P <0 0 1 )。
