摘要

为探讨细胞外间质中某些胶原成分在穴位注药信息传递中的作用。应用不同剂量胶原酶Ⅰ、Ⅳ及混合胶原酶于“内关”穴上方 5mm心包经上预处理

3 0min后观察“内关”穴注射胰岛素的初始降糖作用

并与心包经旁预处理组、蒸馏水经上预处理组相比较。结果 :胶原酶Ⅳ心包经上预处理几乎完全阻断“内关”穴注射胰岛素初始降糖作用

并且呈一定剂量相关性

大剂量混合胶原酶也能明显阻断该降糖作用

而心包经旁同样预处理没有阻断作用
