摘要

为了分析针灸对抗化疗药物所致骨髓抑制

用环磷酰胺 (CY)建造小鼠骨髓抑制模型

随机分为CY加艾灸组、CY对照组、CY加针刺组

并与正常小鼠对照。每隔 48小时检测股骨髓有核细胞总数、骨髓细胞分类计数。结果显示 :灸、刺可加快造血细胞分裂增殖

促进白细胞向外周血释放

尤其对粒系作用明显
