摘要

陈乃明教授认为甲状腺功能亢进症的发病主要与情志内伤和素体因素等有关

其中主要与肝肾的功能失常有关。其主要病机以阴虚为本

气、火、痰、瘀为标

在疾病的不同阶段其病变机制也不同 ;辨证分型主要分为肝郁火旺、阴虚阳亢、气阴两虚三大证型 ;针刺治疗从肝肾入手

标本同治

以滋阴降火、疏肝补肾为主

并配合祛痰逐瘀、活血通络、益气养阴之法 ;处方选穴以经穴与经验穴、阿是穴相结合

以及以局部和远端配穴相结合为主

重视阿是穴

重用背俞穴

善取反应点 ;针刺操作注重治神与守神

推崇无痛针刺
