摘要

腕骨穴是原穴之一

笔者结合古代诸家论述、近期文献资料及个人体会

对腕骨穴的定位、解剖、主治、刺灸法与作用机理进行探讨

认为该穴有通阳截疟、通利清窍、醒脑回苏、分清泌浊、清利泄热、疏导经气之功 ;以腕骨穴为主

佐以他穴

配太乙神针灸大椎治疟疾

刺涌泉、灸侠溪疗暴聋 ;小儿惊风配曲池、大椎 ;配隔姜灸关元、中脘止泻
