摘要

25例房间隔缺损修补术病人随机分为针麻组、针刺加全麻组和全麻组

测定转流前、停心肺转流和停心肺转流 1小时的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物丙二醛和肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶及术中平均动脉压和心率。结果 :①组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ停转流后 1小时SOD较转流前明显增高

组ⅢSOD较转流前明显下降

MDA显著增加 ;②三组CK MB

停转流 1小时均较转流前明显增加

组Ⅲ的增加幅度明显大于组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ。结论 :针刺增加机体对氧自由基的清除能力

减轻缺血对心肌的损伤
