摘要

对正常成人、垂体侏儒症和正常变异身矮儿童 3组人群分别采用耳针刺激和常规药物GH刺激试验

并将两种试验的结果进行对比。结果 :正常成人药物刺激后

GH明显升高 ;耳针刺激后

GH基本无变化。垂体侏儒症病儿

药物及耳针刺激后

GH均无升高。正常变异身矮儿童药物及耳针刺激后

GH均见明显升高。结论 :耳针GH刺激试验对正常成人的GH分泌无兴奋作用。垂体侏儒症患儿对药物和耳针刺激完全无反应。正常变异身矮儿童的GH分泌对耳针刺激有良好反应

将来有可能替代传统的药物刺激试验

甚至用于这类儿童的治疗。对成人和儿童采用同一耳针刺激方法得到生长激素分泌的不同反应结果分析 :耳针刺激可能对生长激素的分泌呈双相调节作用。
