摘要

本实验旨在观察针刺“足三里”穴对脾虚模型小鼠脑组织中一氧化氮 (NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性的影响。实验以大黄灌胃造成小鼠脾虚模型

同时针刺“足三里”穴。结果表明

针刺“足三里”能够降低脾虚动物脑组织中NO含量及NOS的活性

提高红细胞SOD活性和肾组织中总抗氧化能力 (T AO)

减少心肌组织丙二醛 (MDA)的生成。提示针刺“足三里”能够改善脾虚动物机体内自由基代谢
