摘要

采用针刺颈枕 8穴治疗颈源性头痛 1 80例

并与口服镇痛剂治疗的 1 69例对照

结果治疗组在第一疗程末痊愈率达 5 6 7%

总有效率为 91 1 %

明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;第二疗程末治疗组痊愈率上升了 2 0 %

而对照组几乎无变化。治疗组中有骨性病理改变和无骨性改变病例疗效相近 (P >0 0 5 )。
