摘要

用针刺三阴交等穴配合药物痛风合剂局部外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎 48例 (治疗组 )

并与用秋水仙碱、芬必得治疗 31例 (对照组 )进行疗效对比。结果 :治疗组治愈率 43 7%

总有效率为 97 9%。两组比较

总有效率差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )

治愈率差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺加药物外敷能提高治愈率

并且控制再复发
