摘要

观察肾上腺切除 (ADX)大鼠哮喘模型针刺后的血液嗜酸性粒细胞计数和血清皮质酮水平的变化

并与ADX大鼠哮喘模型非针刺、ADX大鼠哮喘模型捆绑处理、普通大鼠哮喘模型和空白组作对照。结果表明

针刺能明显降低ADX大鼠哮喘模型的血液嗜酸性粒细胞计数

对血清皮质酮水平无明显影响。提示针刺对哮喘能从减少血液嗜酸性粒细胞方面发挥其治疗作用

亦表明针刺对血液嗜酸性粒细胞的减少不依赖肾上腺皮质激素。
