摘要

根据脊髓病损的机理

采用交替取穴法深刺华佗夹脊穴、背俞穴为主治疗截瘫 50例

同时与取四肢穴治疗对照观察

结果

在肢体功能改善、大小便及肢体皮肤感觉水平下移改善方面两组比较

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)

治疗组优于对照组 ;综合疗效比较

治疗组仍优于对照组 (P<0 0 5)。
