摘要

对 140例椎动脉型颈椎病随机分成针刺组和药物组

分别以针刺和药物治疗。结果 :针刺组痊愈显效率与药物组相比差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)

而两组总有效率差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5) ;两组在治疗后第 10个月和第 18个月分别进行随访

针刺组复发率明显低于药物组(P <0 0 5)。针刺组的近期疗效和远期疗效均优于药物组。
