摘要

将青少年面瘫患者 6 4例分为重灸翳风穴治疗组 33例和常规针刺对照组 31例

观察其临床疗效和治疗组治疗前及治疗 1个月后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果显示治疗组总有效率达 90 .9%

明显优于对照组 (总有效率 74.2 % ) ;灸治 1个月后机体T淋巴细胞 (CD3)及T辅助细胞 (CD4)明显上升

CD4/CD8比值明显改善。表明重灸翳风穴治疗青少年面瘫的疗效可能与CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值升高有关
