摘要

目的 :观察针刺全息生物穴头穴对蛛网膜下腔出血所引起头痛的治疗效果。方法 :6 6例蛛网膜下腔出血致头痛的患者随机分为针刺头穴组 36例

肌注药物强痛定、异丙嗪组 30例

治疗观察 2 4小时。结果 :针刺组 36例中

头痛缓解 30例 (83 33% )

药物组 30例中

头痛缓解 1 6例(5 3 33% )

两组比较差异有显著意义

针刺组疗效优于药物组 (P <0 0 1 )
