摘要

脑卒中患者合并尿失禁多见急迫性尿失禁

通过电针次、会阳、肾俞、三阴交

有效改善临床症状 (治疗前后症状评分P <0 0 1 )

治疗前后尿流动力学检查提示逼尿肌压力、膀胱最大容积差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )

尿道闭合压力有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )

证实该组穴位通过改善逼尿肌功能和膀胱顺应性

从而治愈脑卒中后急迫性尿失禁
