摘要

为探讨电针治疗血管性痴呆 (vasculardementia

VD)的疗效

将 6 0例VD患者按区组随机法分为电针组和药物组 (氢化麦角碱

dihydroergotoxine

DHET)

每组 30例。检测治疗前后长谷川痴呆修改量表 (hasegawadementiascale

HDS R)、社会活动功能调查 (funtionalactivitysquestion aire

FAQ)、日常生活能力 (abilityofdailylivingscale

ADL)、神经功能缺损、P30 0 及主要症状的变化情况

共观察 42天。结果 :电针组上述指标的改善较药物组显著

其总有效率 (显效 +有效 )为6 0 0 %

而药物组为 2 3 3% (P <0 0 1 )。提示电针疗法可促进VD患者智能、社会活动功能及日常生活自理能力的康复

提高生活质量

其近期疗效优于药物DHET。
